“I had tried for quite a while to get my husband to try this place but he is not a sandwich person, so he always said no. I finally was able to convince him to take me there and he ended up ordering the pizza sandwich and loved it!!! We both really like the loaded potato soup, the cookies, the macaroni and cheese and the cookies!! My favorite sandwich is the Turkey with avocado...I love the sandwiches here more than Subway!”

“Great food. Great service. Great value. Our previous experience was sub-par, but good enough to warrant a second chance. Our second experience so completely overshadowed our first experience, we felt the need to replace our previous, 3 Star review. The service was top-notch (Nova is one of the best servers I've ever had). The food was timely and perfect. Everything was over and above what one should expect from any similar establishment. I would highly recommend this place. I'll be going there again.”

“Tried this place for the first time and it did not disappoint. Location used to be an Italian restaurant but converted it to this Japanese masterpiece. The food was divine. The hostess was nice and cheerful and helpful. The wait staff was a little on the slow side, but nothing major. The restrooms were messy and the place was a little steamy/smokey because they don't have the huge vents over grills, but the food... ohhhhh the food! The food was just delicious. Can't wait to go back. You will love it!”

It's a great place to come with friends or family and they even give military discount which is a plus for active duty members. My only complaint: no vegan, gluten free desserts, not that I needed any after the meal. Totally worth the drive if you live fairly close.”

They have and awesome app that allows you to order your pizza, it alerts you when it is ready and you just pick it up at the Pizza Portal! Best thing is they have a code that allows a free 2 liter everytime you use the app!”

“I'm not born & raised here in TX so my palette may be different from others. I'm not that fond of Whataburger. I will admit that I enjoy the A1-Thick & Hearty but I always feel like the taste was not as high as my total $ spent. They are usually nice & the food is fresh... Because there always seems to be a wait. Not to point out this local. My review is of Whataburger as a whole. I moved here from the Pacific Northwest, to England, & then here finally in 2001. The 1st year or so I really thought people were raving about some place called "water burger". That could have made me basis against them. I will say ????to the A1 burger, the thick thick shakes, & very tasty chicken fajita tacos. ????To long waits & high ticket to food ordered.”

“An Average corner store, bathrooms are usually dirty and unless you get there at the right time the hot and ready food is often out too long and drying up. Soda Fountain is the new touch screen coke one with 100+ options but who are we kidding most of us just want the basic ones and it takes twice as long to get. Gas prices are usually average, never the cheapest but not sky high either. An average place, if your in the area its not going to kill you to stop here for whayever you need but your not going to go out of your way to come here either.”

“Jim’s Restaurants have been around forever and this is reflected in their mid 20th century architecture on both the outside and inside. I had wanted to set to rest a rumor I had heard that they served great chili cheeseburgers, a rarity nowadays for some reason. So, it being a chilly day with intermittent misting rain, I thought this is the place to go for lunch. I was not disappointed in the comforting and familiar atmosphere. Some of the waitresses have been around a long time and they run the dining room like a tight ship. The food arrived promptly and was nice and hot. Thankfully there were a lot of napkins to absorb the chili that threatened to drip all over the place. Not a bad thing. I would describe this restaurant as a coffee shop plus. There is a full range of dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner that seem to be prepared expertly by a cheerful kitchen crew whom a diner can hear laughing through the pass window. This particular restaurant is located just off a busy interstate and provides easy access on and off. I would recommend to anybody who needs a quick and satisfying meal before they go on their way.”
