Superb Mexican food by the river side.
Great taste and amazing proportion. A bit pricey but worth it...! You will be really full and will love it!
I have tasted almost all the vegetarian options that they serve - fajitas, enchiladas, quesadillas, and all of them were great!
Must try if you happen to be on the river!
My boyfriend and I had dinner last night and managed to get a table before outside facing the river walk. Fantastic atmosphere. Had the fajitas for 2 and a tortilla soup. Both great (soup especially). Also wanted to brag on our server Mike (Red). He knew the menu well and made excellent margarita suggestions (Pepino...spicy...fresh...so good). Friendly, attentive without asking how we are every 5 min (i hate that) and he had an excellent sense of humor (there were some high spirited ladies in our section and it was fun to watch everyone interact and he took excellent care of them as well). As a former bartender/server I have to say this place hits all the marks: great feel, great food, great customer service. Thanks for a wonderful date night :)
Very tasty Mexican food, a touch above in class and price from a typical Mexican restaurant. I had the paella and my girlfriend had the fajitas. Both were very good and the appearance was first class. Of course being on the river walk is a big plus! Both types of salsa were good, but the fire roasted salsa that is served warm is the one we both liked best. Great experience!
Went here for lunch twice during a recent business trip to San Antonio. First day I had the blacked fish tacos (Cod) along with Tortilla soup. Both were excellent. Fresh and flavorful. Especially enjoyed the avocado in soup which was not how I have ever had it in Midwest or south before. The fish tacos were also a good portion (2) that were full of fish, slaw, etc and tasted great. The second day I went with Salmon Salad that was also excellent and included a very good size portion of salmon, along with cranberries, pecans, cheese, and a nice vinaigrette. Would love to come back and try the margaritas after work as they appeared to have an extensive tequila offering. Next trip.
