Great and fast service!!!
5kVending (Amber specifically) is FANTASTIC! I purchased my first vending machine for our small business's break-room and really had no idea what to do. I reached out to 5kVending and Amber immediately responded saying that she would be happy to meet with me and help me get the machine set up. First, Amber gave me a contact that they use to actually get the machine picked-up, moved, and uncrated (who knew these machines are SO heavy and you actually need a special dolly to move them around). Once we had the machine in the break-room, Amber then met with my wife and I on a Sunday and spent 2+ hours with us, not only getting the machine initially set-up, but also walked us through how to set pricing, put change in, shared best practices for loading products, etc., etc. There was a point where our credit card machine wouldn't activate and she went the extra mile and actually called the credit card company and put a ticket in on our behalf (given it was Sunday, their support team was closed). The machine is fully operational now, our employees are really happy, and I couldn't be happier with Amber and 5kVending!!!
