I had the Bulgogi rice bowl. Wow rice was perfect. I mean perfect. The slaw delicious. I could have eaten an entire bowl of it. The subtle heat it has is nice. The kimichi allowed the other flavors to shine. The meat melted, great meal. So worth the visit. The change from traditional sodas was nice as well.

Last Sunday, we met up with family for dinner @mingsthing La Cantera. It’s our first time to this location and it’s much larger than the downtown location.

Dad had the House Limeade, I had Nigori Limeade, and hubby had Iced Tea. We each had the Smoked Pork Belly Bun and shared the Crispy Money Bag Shrimp Dumplings. Dad and I shared the Miso Ramen Soup with smoked pork belly. We also tried the Lemon Crispy Chicken. Hubby had the Bulgogi Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious as always.

I was thrilled to discover Ming’s at La Cantera, offering a refreshing variety from the usual local dining options. From the moment my son and I stepped in, we were immersed in the vibrant and visually appealing setting. The staff greeted us warmly, walking us through the menu and recommending dishes to try. My son enjoyed a unique Century Egg, a tasty Beef Bulgogi steamed bun, and the Thai Curry Rice Noodle Soup, while I savored the Beef Bulgogi bowl. Each dish was full of fresh, robust flavors. We rounded off our meal with a delightful Coconut Pandan Rice Pudding Crème Brûlée. Our dining experience was exceptional, and we are eager to return!

Saw the open sign and decided to stop in. Friendly girl at the counter was nice enough to walk me through the entire menu. I decided to get the Lemon chicken for take out. While I waiting, grabbed a seat at the bar. Miguel recommended the Yuzu Margarita, and it was probably the best tasting and most balanced cocktail I’ve ever had! The lemon chicken was absolutely delicious! I’m delighted to be adding a new restaurant to the area to my short list!
