Project Pollo

This place is so good. The original sandwich is legitimately better than a Chick Fil A sandwich in my opinion, and of course, the ethics are 1000% better.

I've gone back a few times and tried a lot of stuff. I really enjoyed The People's Project sandwich and the fries. The fried pickles are excellent as well (although they're pretty heavy as a side. They work better as a party snack, but that's obvious.)

The only item that didn't work for me was the spicy sandwich. I love the sauce they put on, but unfortunately, it made the sandwich a little soggy, which turned the overall texture a little too mushy. Especially since the spicy doesn't have pickles. The taste was still excellent, but I probably wouldn't order it again.

Everything else has been great. On my first day visiting, I did have one issue in which I was missing 3 items from my order. Didn't notice until I got home. I think it was their second day in business, so it's understandable. That said, the food was so good, I still ended up going back.

This is the best vegan chick’n sandwich I’ve ever had. From the bun to the packaging it’s all been carefully curated. I’d recommend trying anything with no changes and just experiencing it as is. I’m sold and will be a loyal guest to any of project pollo’s locations. Also I prioritize local business and love to see such quality from a local eatery.

What the Cluck?! It’s all Vegan! New location alert! Junior was very informative and educated us in the different sauces! The house sauce I must say is my fave!
