Zedric's - Colonnade

Wonderful little place to discover. Very different and out of the ordinary. The girl (I didn't get her name) who helped me was incredibly sweet and patient. Highly recommend.

Quickest place to get gluten free pre cooked meals Several different sizes and types to choose from. Gluten free, and paleo diets are accommodated here. They also carry drinks and snack items. If your hungry you can pick your meal and heat and eat on the spot, or you can buy and fly ( save meals to eat later.) They also offer bulk meal purchase plans and delivery information is on their website.

Great tasting food and a very healthy choice for my stay in San Antonio. Staff was real friendly too. I was there for a week for work. I didn’t want to eat high fat, calories, and sodium food and eating out for a week can be so hard on you. This was a great choice. I got 5 entrees and every one of them was so tasty. I eat 300 calorie or less dinners and they had so many great options. If you are in the area and want good healthy options, this is the place to get them. I wish they had a location here in Austin/Round Rock area.

Can't beat this place for healthy meal options while TDY. The 5-day meal plan was 100% worth the money. The food is DELICIOUS, and I love that everything has a full nutrition label. They even have indicators on their dishes if you're trying to adhere to a certain diet! Not sure about something? The staff has the answer. And they deliver for free! Wish they would open a branch here in GA!

I absolutely love Zedric's!! I have tried at least 12 different meals and have enjoyed each one immensely. The flavors are absolutely delicious, and each meal has been perfectly seasoned. I have tried multiple meal prep services, and this one is by far the best. I love the variety, especially as someone who wants to eat healthy, but doesn't want to meal prep for the week and eat the same thing four days in a row. As someone who cannot stand the taste of rewarmed food, I was skeptical at first. I had to choke down meals from other services (that "leftover" meat taste, shudder), but I am amazed at how much I truly enjoy each meal from Zedric's! No icky reheated meat taste to be found. To this picky eater, that deserves 5 stars for sure.
