“we got there late Sunday night, 30 min before close. we never once felt rushed or unwelcome. the waitstaff was friendly and professional to the point that you felt you were around friends. the food was awesome. the cornbread has a fine texture that perfectly compliments the honey butter spread served with it. the potato cheese soup was wonderful, managing to deliver a robust comfort food flavor without being greasy or overpowering the palette. The sandwich I ordered, a chicken breast on sourdough with chilies, avocado, habanero jack cheese, veggies and lime mayo, was easily one of the 10 best sandwiches I've ever eaten. the reason I can name each of the ingredients is because each one stood out at some point in the meal like a bridge during a symphony. For desert...Oh my god! the PIES!!”
