“We had the nicest employee help us tonight. After a stressful evening we walked in with our two young ones, and our cashier named Gene was so happy and helpful. He went above and beyond joking around with us and the kids. Many fast food places and employees could care less about customer service. We walked in at 8pm stressed but were able to relax at the table and enjoy the good burgers and hot fries. Also, the kids loved the fancy soda machine with all the different mixes and flavors of soda. Thanks Gene for putting a smile on our faces! You deserve a promotion!!!!”

“The food is okay, but they change the price on you at checkout. It starts off at $10.99 for you $1.99 for any child that can put food in it’s mouth then they raise the price to $12.50 per adult. If you’re going to eat here don’t go around 3 o’clock. Stay away until after 4 o’clock. The service is okay depending on who your server is. Their servers are not all equal some don’t pay attention to you after your seated, others are very attentive and actually give you great service. All and all if you want a eat Chinese food that doesn’t change their price while you are eating, go to any other Chinese restaurant. If you are okay with getting ripped off while you eat. And she shows up and automatically starts yelling at the Young gentleman. And the whole time there's a lot of gas inside the restaurant. Because he was helping me in. The way he wanted to. So many choices of styles of chicken its almost God sent.And now Cajun Sprinkles and Louisiana Hot sauce packets!Bam its on.Gets crowded in the seating area if a handful of people are already there and more show up.Not very big place inside.Parking lot can be a bit tricky with traffic from the mall and someone trying to leave.I recommend this if you need that southern style food fix.Just dont bring a family reunion with you and hope to fit.”

“My kids love it here. I don't care for the new card system because sometimes it says it doesn't read so you swipe again and it takes double...and it's too much of a pain to find someone to fix it for you so we usually just chalk it up as part of the experience. Also, the kids play area definitely needs to be cleaned. I didn't let my kids go into it on our last visit because the slide was really gross. Staff, however, is usually always friendly. I love the hand stamp and the fact the kids can't leave without a parent. Parking is on site at the mall and there are restrooms inside. There is a baby changing area in the women's restroom as well. Not sure if there is one in the men's restroom.”

“My husband & I went on a Saturday night near closing time (near 9PM). We were greeted by a very nice woman (who we found out later was our server). Cozy quiet ambience with a selection of classical music in the background. We ordered spring roll appetizers, which were hot & fresh, accompanied by a semi sweet dipping sauce. Delicious! Since the hubby hadn't experienced Thai food, I ordered chicken Pad Thai for him, shrimp Pad Thai for me. Rice noodles, finely chopped peanuts, bean sprouts, a good portion of meat, along with a lime wedge and a rack containing a variety of four sauces. Our server described each one, along with its level of heat. The hubby likes hot & spicy food, so he tried a hot & spicy sauce. Liked it a lot. I stuck to the mild road. After filling our guts, there was enough to take home for another small meal. All in all, a very satisfying experience!”
