    DBQ has the best brisket in town-no need for bbq sauce! Their pork ribs are delicious and seasoned well. The food park is a great place to enjoy their food during lunch or after a night of enjoying Northgate.

    They catered our wedding and did a fantastic job! Even my mother-in-law, who is extremely hard to please (classic situation, I know), enjoyed the brisket so much that she had us bring one for Christmas dinner. If that doesn't persuade you, I don't know what will... worth a try!

    DBQ catered our party and all the guests raved about the brisket, potato salad and beans! Food and service from Derek was outstanding!

    We had DBQ cater for our wedding, guests were very pleased with quality. Brisket is second to none. Sides were fantastic. Highly recommend!

    Derek's BBQ and sides are among the best, if not THE best, in town, regardless of price. It is a plus that you can get a great lunch here at a very reasonable price. His brisket is so flavorful that you will not get BBQ sauce with it - Derek is a purist and believes that it should not have sauce on it - and he is right.

    His homemade cole slaw is delicious, and the salsa that he does "allow" on his BBQ tacos is also very good.

    On a nice day, you might pick up some BBQ from the red DBQ mobile smokehouse and take it to nearby Thomas Park for a tasty and relaxing break from the lunch madness.
