“If you are familiar with the Granite Shoals area you know we are sorely lacking for restaurants. My family was very excited to see a new proprietor take over the location right next to the convenience store where the Happy Cooker used to be, it's called The Hungry Dog Diner. We gave it a few weeks to shake all the new kinks out and went up tonight to grab a burger. It was extremely fresh, made to order and tasted wonderful. Like a backyard grilled burger that you would make for yourself if you wanted to take the time. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and mentioned he will be offering chicken sandwiches soon. Right now it's burgers and hot dogs (chili dogs!) and pulled pork. We will definitely go back and we hope he gets a lot of support. Check it out!”

“I believe this is the biggest Mexican Grocery store around in the area that is stocked with many products. Candies, sodas, bread, and chips. They have their tortilla machine in the back. So if you want fresh made corn or flour tortillas just ask for the hot batch or go in the morning. Delicious tacos made here, and the tortas too.”

“Great real Mexican and and Tex-Mex food that taste as great as it looks and generous portions. You want leave hungry. The staff is friendly and will explain each dish in detail. It is open breakfast to supper and great prices. It is one of the few great restersunts fir Mex. food in Marble Falls with family friendly atmosphere. It is well worth trying.”
