Simply Pho House

Very accommodating to us. The waiter was able to get tofu subbed in for chicken on a dish that didn't offer it. It's tough in this town to eat vegan and they were nice enough to help these local vegans out.

This place impressed me. I had the Pho Combo and the Shrimp Springrolls with peanut sauce. It was all good and freshly made. They also have a short selection of beer and wine. The restaurant is clean and appears new. I'll be back to try some of the other Asian dishes.

Simply Pho is my place for Oriental food. I have been going for several years now and I must say I have never had a bad meal there. The only criticism I would have is they don't answer the phone very often. I order take out occasionally. I order when I get there and the only thing it cost me is time. But not a deal breaker for me.

Food is great. Vermicelli, Pad Thai, Curry, and the Pho are all great. The red curry is more liquid. Have not tried the others but it had a great spicy flavor to it. I mostly order takeout from here and have not had a chance to eat at the restaurant. Looks like a nice place though.
