BurgerFi

I've always wanted to try BurgerFi and we found one on our vacation in South Padre. The first night we went there we were informed that they couldn't accept any more patrons because some machines were broken. I was bummed but made it a mission to go the next day. They still had broken machines and were very understaffed. Our cashier was kind and apologetic for everything. Our food was delicious! The CEO was the best burger ever!! The onion rings also best ever as were the truffle and parmeson fries! Absolutely delicious!!

Maybe I didn’t get the right thing…I got the bacon burger and it was just a very dry patty with some bacon. Nothing else, no lettuce, pickles, nothing. (I got mayo and ketchup from the counter) I’m not sure if I was supposed to ask for these things. Usually burgers come with at least lettuce, regardless it was so dry and just not the best. Again… maybe I got the wrong thing.

This location is easy to find. Interior has lots of seating available. The food was well prepared and tasty. The burgers are juicy and flavorful. I had the bacon cheeseburger. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the cheese was melty and the burger was delicious.
The fries were quite good. We tried several different sauces to dip our fries in (see pics). The Fi sauce was my party's favorite.
The onion rings were EXCELLENT! These are the best onion rings I have yet experienced.
This is the 3rd BurgerFi location I have been to. The food has been consistently good. If you're in SPI and want a great burger and fries (or amazing onion rings), Get yourself to BurgerFi!

I really enjoy eating here. Their wagyu burgers and fries are delicious, the service is fast and they have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to bring friends that sure visiting out of town or if you are craving a good burger. FYI one order of the truffle fries is good for 2 people.
