Coco Beach Hotel On The Beach

We stumbled upon this place after the room we were supposed to get at Hilton fell through and it was probably the best thing that could have happened during our stay in SPI. It is really nothing short of a hidden gem. Michele and Shane were immediately accommodating and made us feel right at home, best bartenders on the island ;)! The beach views and access are great. The patio bar is the place to be, with locals in and out daily and is pet friendly. Everything you would need access to during a visit is within walking distance. Will definitely return soon!

Good people running the place. Views are excellent. You are literally on the beach. Rooms are cozy and reasonably priced. Big shout out to the best bartenders on South Padre Island, Michelle and Shane are fun to be around. They took very good care of us and made our stay very fun. They are pet friendly and the pet fee is resonable. If your in South Padre this should be your destination.

Love this place! Beach access with a ramp. Lots of fun people playing music and enjoying life. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. There were a few things that could be fixed but for a 2 star hotel I give it 5 stars.

Hotel reminded me of a beach house vibe, with beach access. Nothing fancy but the beds were comfortable, ac was cold, service was good. Shaun at the bar was very welcoming and made us some great drinks, ask for him. Over all I would say it was a good experience there with my kids & family. We will be back.

Love the bar and restaurant service. The hot sauce jelly made by Chef Carlos is outstanding. Holy cow his hot sauce is worth the visit. Bartender Alex and bartender Shane are most excellent. Love room 199. If we needed anything the manager Chris took care of it. This place has an old school appeal that we love. I hear there are doing a full renovation during the off season. Can not wait to come back.
