Landshark (Bar & Grill)

They just opened as Landshark, previously Seaside Bar and Grill. The waitress told us they are closing the day after Labor Day to upgrade the whole place and become Margaritaville. My husband and I enjoyed our dinners. I had the fish tacos, and they were super yummy, but definitely had a bite!

They do NOT water down their drinks, which is so refreshing! I had the 5 o’clock somewhere and it was delicious and STRONG! We definitely will be back once they reopen!

Great staff!! We were staying at another resort a bit north of this but jaunted down the beach to check stuff out. The lady that greeted / sat us was very nice and welcoming. We asked her about the resort and mentioned that we were on vacation, our first time in SPI, for my wife's birthday 🎂. After we finished our food they sent over a free slice of delicious caramel cheesecake. It was definitely an appreciated gesture. With great staff like this we look forward to staying at the new resort attached to Landshark (formerly known as the Pearl) when they complete construction in 2023.

We ordered the Caribbean chicken salad and the shrimp basket. Service was friendly and fast but the food is mediocre at best. Salad should have a mango “ranch” dressing. Tasted like regular ranch and there was way too much of it. The breaded on the shrimp was too thick and not crunchy. Atmosphere is nice. We sat outdoor there was a nice breeze with ocean view.

Food was so delicious! Especially the chips! Great service! Love the ocean breeze while relaxing and eating 🌅
