Fire & Ice

Went last night with my boyfriend, I wasn’t expecting much since Frisco doesn’t have good restaurants.

We were blown away! The food combinations were delicious! We had the fried rice, kabob dish, dumplings, and wings. Taste was 10/10 delicious and presentation was so cool! We had the chance to meet the owner and he is so passionate about food and dinning experience. We definitely will be back and taking our friends!

"Fusion" is the process of combining two or more things together, kinda like molding or blending two things harmoniously into one. "Fusion concept" is thinking outside the box by introducing something completely new to something existing or taking the current cultural norm and turning it around with an entirely new vibe.

"Fire & Ice Fusion Concept" isn't a place for the same old same old, they are something completely new, never heard of in the city. It isn't a place to grab a meal or a quick bite, it is a place to immerse yourself into an epic experience. One that is both fulfilling to the body, and the soul. Their food is out of this world. I mean it. I hardly go that far when it comes to all items of one place. Some are usually known for one item or two, this place is distinct in all its items. From the presentation, the aroma, the freshness, the exact portions, from the crispy fish & chips to the tenderness and juiciness of the kabob platter, their food is exceptional. It has the vibe of a sports joint, with games displayed 360° on multiple TVs. However, once the food comes out and you take the first bite, you will zone in on your experience and forget all the excitement happening on those same screens. The chef and owner is an exceptional human. I saw him make multiple rounds, speaking with his customers. I can go on more, however, my words will never do justice. I highly recommend everyone to experience this place. I'm confident, your first time will not be your last. PS: Their ginger mango drink is a must, and so is the chocolate dessert.

Picked up food from this restaurant and it was so good. The portions were a fair size and the flavors were amazing! We got the burger, fries, fried rice, chicken lollipops, and Singaporean chicken. All of the dishes were flavorful. I will definitely be going to this restaurant again.

If you guys are looking for some delicious and unique meal. You definitely need to stop by fire & ice. From the chicken fried rice to their Singapore chicken. I was amazed! Perfectly seasoned with the hints of spice.Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. I can’t wait to go back and dine in.

My wife and I decided to try fire and ice and were very impressed with flavorful exotic food. We highly recommend Singaporean chicken and we also await for special biriyani, it is by far the best biriyani in Dallas. We can’t wait to dine in and try appetizers from the full menu along with a great selection of beers.
