(February 27, 2020, 7:16 pm)I get five stars to the the food, the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant. But I take two for the shock of the price of a waffle. My son ordered three waffles.... Come to find out they were $8 each for a total of about $25. Or total bill was a tad over $42 before tip and it was just the two of us.
Yet if he would have ordered pancakes, made with the exact same batter...he could have had all you can eat for a fraction of the price. Not fair at all. -

(January 13, 2020, 2:35 am)We've dined at many IHOP and this location has one of the best service. We were told that our wait time on a busy Sunday morning would be 10 minutes and they got us seated before 10 minutes. The food was made exactly how we ordered it. Hot coffee. We were in and out in no time.

Everything was good, orders were correct, reasonably fast getting our order and food. -
