Cadillac Pizza Pub

There is much to love about this quaint little spot. It is right in the square with lovely shopping all around. The pizza is good and the cheese board is to die for (our absolute favorite). Now for the not so good: Difficult to get seating (very busy) the restaurant itself is quite small. It's loud and hard to hear others. The service can be slow at times but overall it is a great local hang.

This place is absolutely delicious! Everything I've had here is excellent, from the salads to the appetizers to the pizzas. Very friendly staff. The wait is normally long, but well worth it.

Great thin crust pizza. Good local ingredients. My daughter loves their Mac n cheese. Good local beer selection. Their R&D pies consistently deliver. Don't worry if some ingredients are non typical. I haven't had an R&D pie that failed to deliver, and most were a home run.

A special pizza place located in the beautiful historic downtown McKinney. The service was good and we found a table immediately on a busy Saturday night. They had a live jazz band and although I'm not a huge fan of the genre I didn't mind them playing. The place was as lively and bustling as you'd expect on a Saturday night. We ordered The Bee's Knees as I was both fascinated and skeptical by the idea of a pizza with honey drizzled over it. The wood fried pizza was dilevered by our waitress rather quickly and all our skepticism evaporated with the first bite. It was pretty much how a pizza should be. I paired the spicy-sweet pizza with their rotating IPA and had a meal to remember. Highly recommend this place. I'll definitely go in again.

Cadillac Pizza Lunch Special is the best deal around. We love the Classic Caddy Pizza with the Sedona Salad. Small pizza, half salad and drink for $10.00. The food is terrific, the service is friendly. It's a little loud sometimes, but well worth the trip to downtown McKinney. Just stumbled on this place on a cold and rainy day and very glad we did. Super good thin crust pizzas. Above average selection of beer and wine. Great salads. Plus the staff was wonderful. Will definitely return.Yummy!
