    Last week my husband and I came in and my husband’s meal was great(meatloaf), my Prime Rib was just too fatty to enjoy. I called and spoke to the manager, Marie/or Maria and she said she would be happy to replace it. Today I went in and Nicole was super friendly and honored the word of the other manager. This restored my faith and loyalty to this Boston Market. Thank you for doing right thing and keeping a good customer.

    When I was a kid I loved Boston Market...but as of late eating here always hurts my stomach despite loving the food. Not sure if it is because I am older or if they are adding some odd preservatives or ingredients into their sides. Something is causing that food to blow up in my stomach.
