    1 st time experience: best biriyani with excellent packing during this covid-19.
    2 nd time experience: Pros-well packaging and good biriyani.
    Cons- did not provide badam milk for 2 orders(instead I see small box buttermilk and a pamphlet). we ordered 2 naan, but package had only half naan. This is disappointing thing, as we picked up the order and came back home and checked the items. Please make sure the order before packing, during this covid-19, no one will have patience to check their order near the pickup.
    Tried calling southern spice so many times but no one picked the call.

    Their mutton biryani is delicious and the meat is tender! I order from here weekly twice. Presentation is real good. But please keep it simple to save paper. Got badam milk as a complimentary.
