“My husband and I have been wanting to try this coffee shop for a while now. We stopped by on a Saturday morning and it want busy. We walked in and there was only one other customer and it was very quiet inside. Nobody greeted us so it was a bit uncomfortable. There was a food case as well as coffee and tea related items for purchase. The menu is on the wall behind the counter. Once we walked up to the counter nobody greeted us or said that they would be with us. Kind of awkward. Once someone came up to take our order she was friendly. We sat down to wait for our drinks and noticed that most tables had plugs for your electronics. The bariatas bring your order to you so that's nice. Our drinks were good but I feel like we missed the overall message of what makes this place special. Is the coffee supposed to be better quality or is there something else that we could have learned about this business that might be cool to know?”

“Loved the Pineapple Green Tea! The mango popping pearls were so good and had the right consistency. Overall, the drink had the perfect amount of sweetness and taste. I would recommend Fukuro to anyone, especially to UTD students, as it is very close by. I'll definitely be coming back here for more tea :)”

“Ordered a Pink Drink with light ice, extra coconut milk and light strawberry base, and it was made perfectly. Much praise as it tasted exactly as I hoped. I do prefer it with light ice, but the most important part of the drink is when it is made with a much higher ratio of coconut milk to strawberry base - if not, it gets too sweet for me. It should end up being a very light pink color.”

“This is the BEST location. Drinks are CONSISTENTLY right, employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and on point, it doesn't matter who's on shift. We have a starbucks closer to our house than this one but our drinks are always wrong and the wait is always ridiculous when we go there. I will always drive out of my way to go to this location ??”

“It's okay, other locations have better customer service. The guy was really slow. He took everyone's order in the line (5-6 orders), then made all the orders, and then cashed everyone out. So, basically everyone's order was cold by the time they got it because he left all the finished bagels on the counter while doing all the other orders in the line. Very strange.”
