Schwab's Sausage Haus & Barbeque

Lunch at 12:30. Like a meat market inside. Pretty old school but very reasonable prices. Order from a counter and pay at same counter. Plastic plates and plastic utensils. Paper napkins and styrofoam cups. 2 meat plate of sausage and brisket with a drink for $10.50. They were out of ribs so that was a bit disappointing. Table and booths were not really clean and kind of stained.
Potato salad was mayonnaise only and was kind of bland. Coleslaw was a bit too sweet for me. Sausage was pretty spicy. Brisket was good and worth a return visit. Pretty much an old school diner type place, nothing fancy but good bar b q despite the sides.

Great food great prices and service. If you're looking for Fancy go somewhere else but if you want to walk away happy this is the place.

Eat there for lunch every so often. Old style ranch dinning. If you are looking for something fancy, you have to go somewhere else. The food and tea are good. For some reason the chicken has had a different taste, I believe it's the seasoning being used and method of cooking it. They also sell dry sausage and do meat processing. Mr. Schwab and crew have always been good people.

Best bbq in town. Yea its not all big n shiny like Cooper's or Rudys...but thats what makes it hometown old fashioned southern hospitality!! We've used them for many years and will continue to do so..i especially love taking chicken leg quarters to have smoked....so good!!!
