“I was going to order online, but it kept routing me to the Duncanville store location. I wanted to avoid the D'Ville location because they have less than stellar reviews. So I went old fashioned and called the store in Cedar Hill. Spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who was very helpful and took my order with ease. The pizza was delivered on time and was hot/fresh. There was no packets of crushed red pepper or parmesan cheese, but I guess you have to ask for it.”

“The pizza is always the right temperature. The customer service is great. My order is always correct. The only problem I have with this Domino's is that their speed of service isn't accurate with the app. It never fails the app will let me know my order is complete and I'm always 5 to 10 mins later than the finish time and I still have to wait for my pizza because it's never done. I finally asked them why does the app say one thing and when I arrive it's always something different. I was informed that they think something is wrong with the app. Well it's not that big of a deal breaker because I still continue to use the app and order from this Domino's. I'll just extend my arrival time a little more. ????”

As I said, it was crowded & People were Waiting to be seated yet He never Made Us feel Rushed In hopes of MORE tips. & the Food was Fantastic. We didn't wait more than maybe 7 min. After Our order was turned in. Everyone was Friendly, Courteous & the Restrooms were clean, as Were The Tables & Chairs. It was Really a all around Great Afternoon. “Order Willams today and not the best experience. The wait was 30 min, got home and had the wrong food. I gave a 4 star for what happened after. Went back up there and they automatically refunded my entire order, replaced what was messed up offered me a drink while I waited and even suggested reimburseing me on the gas I spent driving back, which I did not accept. They went above and beyond to correct the issue and for that I will be back!!”

“Our first visit on April 5 was a very pleasant surprise. We ordered sliced brisket to go along with Mac-n-Cheese and green beans, with Banana pudding for dessert. Our only disappointment was that they were out of pudding. (Sad face here) The brisket was delicious. Thick slices and very good flavor. The Mac and Cheese was not your average stuff either. I don't know what else they put in it but very good. The green beans were also delicious with the chunks of potato as well. This is a small operation still but with food like this, we'll be back but we'll arrive earlier. :) I hope they have great success.”
