Meridian

I have never been so happy to eat expensive bread. Meridian is worth every penny, the dishes are inventive and wonderful and the ambiance feels transportive. The manager said we didn't order his favorite dessert, so he brought it over for us to try anyway and he was right - I will be thinking about that chocolate hazelnut dessert for weeks to come. Truly a fantastic experience all around.

I am very impressed with the restaurant.
We enjoy going fine dining in the DFW and this is in our top 3 list.
Tim, the assistant manager was above our expectations, his attentiveness was more than what we have experienced on any restaurant so far. (Ritz Carlton standards)
Service was on top, food has a different but amazing flavors, somehow like The Mansion restaurant but with a nicer environment and better service.
The restaurant is very well designed, we had the opportunity to be seated looking at the kitchen and it was amazing looking the chefs working and a very exquisite way.

Excellent service and wonderfully unique dishes. Tapioca cheese fritter with prosciutto was a great appetizer. The Picahna steak was tender and delicious. The lobster ravioli was delicate and full of flavor. For dessert the pavlova is really sweet but so unusual every one should try it at least once. It’s nice to have a fresh scene.

Really good restaurant! Overall i am very pleased with all the experience I had here. We came here as a group of four and basically shared bunch of dishes together, and they brought everything like a course meal. I do wish they were a bit faster but was alright. Every server was very nice and full of knowledge on the menu. I LOVED their oyster, lemon dessert, and chocolate cake dessert. Such unique desserts!! Both cocktails and mocktails were good; shrimp grits was very nice, cheese stick thing as also very unique and delicious. Octopus was very big so do not recommend if it’s for a small party. so happy we tried here and will definitely come back.

Decent place. Nice ambience, very friendly staff. Tim was our waiter and he was excellent with taking care of us. The best part of the night was the drinks, apps and dessert. The main course took a VERY long time to show up, and when it did, none of the items lived up to the hype. They were good, but not extra ordinary. Would've gave 4 stars if the main course didn't take almost an hour to show up. Not sure if I would visit again.
