Roundhouse Food Hall

One star for food. Four stars for a place to go hang out/work remotely. Our food experience was pretty sub par. All of the restaurants were clearly owned by the same organization-not independent restaurants. We ordered Dan Dan noodles from the Asian place and it was so bad that we threw it way. It was flavorless broth on top of flavorless noodles with tiny tiny pieces of ground pork. I attempted to drain the broth and add lime, chili flakes, and soy sauce to redeem it without to no avail. We then got a pizza from the pizza place and it was fine. The early 2010s music was way too loud. The whole experience was odd. That being said, I was thankful to have somewhere to work for a few hours. No outlets though.

We got a warm welcome by staff when first walking in. She gave us a rundown about the concept, let us know we could use the QR code to order from multiple food stalls at one time, and easily pay. She also told us about the happy hour items, which are also posted on the tables. I love food halls since you can order different types of food at once. I ended up ordering chips and guac for HH at $2 (the guac is very light, whipped, and had the perfect amount of lime), the negihama sushi roll (yellowtail), California sushi roll for HH at $5, and Thai tea for HH at $2. Can't wait to try the food from other stalls!

I have no words but to say how freaking awesome this food hall is!! Completely unexpected! And by no means would I explain it as a food hall, because everything we tried was amazing. Even though we were staying at the Drey Hotel for a few days, we stopped in the Roundhouse every chance we could because everything we got was fabulous. I didnt take many pictures of all the places we visited within the hall, but trust me we got a ton of variety and not one bad thing!! The space inside is very spacious and clean. All the staff are super friendly and professional. The choices inside are really amazing and my one comment is that the tacos I tried were some of the freshest and most delicious I have ever had!! Loved everything there, and cannot wait to live within the community so I can stop in often😀😀😀 as possible.
