Wonderful meal. Wonderful service. Wonderful atmosphere. All of us had the prime rib special. Best mashed potatoes ever. Ice cream dessert has delicious shortbread on the side. Was a little surprised by how casually everyone was dressed, so come as you are. We had reservations and they put us on a sort of patio, but not open aired. Much quieter and we liked it.

A friend and I just dined here for a late weekend lunch and had a very nice meal. We went for Dallas Restaurant Week and ordered off the $25 prix-fixe menu and everything was delicious. The atmosphere is very nice and the interior is like a very modern steakhouse with beautiful woods and lighting. Service was absolutely top-notch. (Thanks, Clay!) The sangria and bloody mary were both very good. Our salads were nice and fresh and the angus burgers and fries on a brioche bun were perfection. The ice cream and shortbread cookies for dessert were a great finish for a lovely, casual meal. What a steal for $25! This seems to be a very upscale restaurant and I would love to dine here again in the evening for a more formal meal. The ambiance would be perfect. I will definitely be back!

Great food. I had the buttermilk fried chicken it was great. I took home half because the portion was half a large chicken! The corn was delicious - roasted and crusted. My French oven soup was top flight. First visit here was a hit - first of many.

I have visited Paul Martin's American Grill many times. Its about time that I write a brief review of this good restaurant. The service has always been excellent and the food is always delicious. There is something for everyone, from burgers to steaks. Try their great dinner deal for 2 people for $65. You will receive 2 salads, entree and bottle of wine of your choice. How can you beat that? The setting is casual chic and great place for any occasion.
