Excellent bar with very delicious central and South American food. Cool vibe inside. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Great cocktails. I had the mortadella sandwich and the empanadas. The sandwich is pictured. They have great happy hour deals.

The bartenders and food are both amazing. They have a great selection of drinks but do yourself a favor and ask for a recommendation. The menu is all great you cannot go wrong. The seasonal fried pies never disappoint.

For a cocktail bar this place met my requirements. Beautiful Aesthetics, good drink selection (including fresh herbs and fruits to mix with) and a nice music. The place made me feel relaxed in deep ellum's high energy feel. The bartenders were fast to notice me and skilled to mix my drinks. I ask for Adrian and he hooks me up with a nice strong drink that doesn't hurt the flavor. I make this once place I stop by to get a drink before heading to a concert or event. Keep up the good work guys!

One of the coolest bars in town. Classic cocktails properly poured and a rotating list of new drinks, too. Totally different than the amateur hour mob scene that has overtaken much of Deep Ellum. Unique Latin influenced menu food with vegetarian/vegan options, too. Live jazz every Sunday afternoon.

We really like Shoals. Very chill bar with great Latin American food and occasional live music. Drinks made from scratch with fresh herbs and fruits, no sweet & sour thank God. Perfect place to settle in and enjoy the chill vibes of the neighborhood.
