XOXO Dining Room

Our party paid for a private event 3 weeks in advance. Reservation was for 7:30, hostess told us that the reservation is for 8. E-mail confirmation and the paid contract all said 7:30. We had to wait 30+ minutes to be sat and the table location, decor and seating arrangements were not what was stated in the contract. Michael came to the rescue. He was empathetic, attentive and extremely helpful. Our server Journey was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure everyone had a great time despite all the elements that were out of her control.

Overall, if you set up a private event and pay good money, you expect to get what you paid for and that is not what happened last night. The upper management, Justin, that came to help assist was unhelpful. He gave an apology but offered no accommodations for remedy the situation - which is highly upsetting from management. Michael and Journey are outstanding associates and definitely deserve to be recognized for all their hard work and empathy for our situation. Thanks to them for saving our party.

Not only the place is beautiful but service is AWESOME! Our waiter Marquees was very friendly, he made sure we had everything we needed. Also kudos to Kevin (manager) for taking the time to come to our table and listen to our feedback and making sure we were well taken care of. Dinner was delicious. From check in to check out staff is very well trained. Love it all and will definitely will go back soon!!!!! Thank you to ALL your staff!!!!!

I really enjoyed this place with my lady. Very pink. Lot of places to take photos at. The cupcake wheel is a great presentation. My dish was good as were the drinks. Staff was nice. Would recommend. 4 stars just because of how loud and packed it was. Not a bad thing just not ideal for a date night on the days I have gone.

Went here for my friends birthday, it was the first time for all of us, and we absolutely loved it! The place itself is such a cute place to go and take pictures, and the whole vibe was so fun. The servers and bartenders are all so fun, outgoing and made sure we were always attended! It seems like such a fun place to work. My friends and I had Manny as our server, and he was truly the best! We also had a small conversation with one of the managers, Michael, and he also made sure we were always good! Thanks so much XOXO for an amazing experience!

My salon had an outing here last night. The service was amazing! The staff was friendly and welcoming! From the ambiance to the music to the FOOD! We had an amazing time!!!

If you’ve never been here get the shrimp rolls, salmon, and lobster Mac!!!! It is lightly seasoned, but delicious!!! 😋😋😋😋
