“I am always going here due to pure convenience, its right next door to my office. Food is average, normal subway. Store seems clean for the most part. Service is a mixed bag. They look to have a lot of employee turnover as there is always a couple new faces. Folks seem to be running on auto-pilot, they ask what I would like, then I have to restate it two or three times to get sandwich made correctly. They stand hard on up-selling, extra meat, chips, cookies.”

“Went during the grand reopening 7/13/19. I got a pick 2 combo with smoked turkey and guacamole sandwich and an orchard salad. My husband also got a pick 2 with the brisket mac & cheese and a beef bacon smokecheesey sandwich. The sandwiches were quite good, and the mac & cheese very cheesy. My favorite was the orchard salad, which I got with raspberry vinaigrette; it was quite delicious and the flavors all paired well together! Will definitely eat here again, and I love the rebranding to show the Austin/Texas pride!”

“Pasta was fine, but unimpressive. I was regretting my choice until the pizza arrived. Truly some of the best I've had in Irving. My wife is ride or die, I fratellis or bust, and she absolutely loved it. Their combinations are definitely worth a try. Their hand stretched crust is not quite thin but still light and very enjoyable. They also have some great specials for two going on all summer. The deal seems a little too flexible to be true, likely to get everyone to try their offerings. Whatever the case, the price for two entrees and two glasses of wine is a great deal. A salad and pizza makes a great shareable meal for two. Pizzas are bigger than personal but not quite big enough for most to be satisfied sharing.”

“The inside is a bit imposing, it's always been empty on the Sundays I was there, and my companion complained of a bad smell. But I say ignore that, the food here is excellent quality. The portions are far closer to "too much" than I'm used to, to the extent that a large sandwich is two meals for me and I am not a small guy. The staff's very courteous as well, not afraid to admit and live up to mistakes. If you want a good sandwich or something uncommon to try, go in and give it a shot.”

“Very fast service. The place was very clean and the Pho was very good. I had a large bowl $8.50 and there was not as much meat as I would have liked in a large bowl. It came out very hot and the broth was pretty good. I also had two Vegetable egg rolls, $2. The ice tea is real black tea, and not the Green tea you sometimes find in Asian food places. A very good experience. CNN was playing on the two tv's which could have been something different, but all in all a real good experience. I will be back.”

“Our first time here, we ordered Single platter which is a full chicken with two sides and appetizer of prawns. Everything can be customized spice-wise and we chose the Piri Piri medium and Lemon Pepper for the chicken and the prawns were Hot and Spicy. The platter came with a choice of two sides which were fries with seasoning and rice. The food was delicious, the spices were on point and the ambiance of the restaurant is very inviting. We would definitely be coming back.”
