Braum's Ice Cream & Burger Restaurant

Food was delicious! An order for five people with special requests was delivered without any mistakes. Employees were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Costs were reasonable.

It's a good place to get milk and icecream plus the milkshakes are very delicious. My rating would fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars depending on who is staffed at the time of visit. Example: A chicken sandwich ordered one day is brilliant and then mediocre another day. Sometimes there are plenty of staff and everything is clean and done quickly, but other times only one or two people are at the front or drive through at a time. If you want really fast food it is a bit risky coming here. Also watch out for the manager Brandon, he is rude.

Awesome place! Impeccably clean, prompt & courteous service, and the food & ice cream were beyond reproach. Selfishly, I wish they had a play area for the kiddos, but it's still a terrific place to eat.

This Braum's is my home base. People that work here are pretty quick to get you through the drive-thru. The portions are generous, I believe this is my preferred go to dessert place if I ever want a shake or Sundae. Dairy Queen just doesn't quite cut it! And while loading up on different candies and fruits at the frozen yogurts around is fun for the kids, there's nothing quite like good old fashioned style that comes along with Braum's products for me.

employees are lazy and the manager has to do all the work by himself. manager tried his best but they absolutely refused and i wonder why they're not fired. there was at least 20 people in line just wanting cones and employees were just hanging in the back on their phone, there was this one employee who stuck around and helped, he was a thin tall Mexican gentleman in his teen years, great man
