“My order is always correct, but they guard their ranch packets like they're made of gold. They wouldn't even let me purchase the extra ranch packets I wanted but was told I couldn't have. My typical order at this location is 10-20 tacos, at least 2 combo meals, and loads of appetizers and desserts. My orders usually hover around $30-$40, and 5 packets is the most ranch they've ever given me despite me asking for more/offering to pay for more.”

“If I were rating them just on their burgers alone I'd give them 3 stars. I figure, for the price they'd have a better burger. The buns could be better, they always seem a little too tough and patty isn't very juicy. The beer and the kids play area is what, I think makes up for what they lack. My kids love their play area and on most days we can sit outside and enjoy our meal while our kids play.”

“The food from our order that my son and I did receive was quite good and alot better than other Panda Express locations. The staff was helpful and friendly when we first came in and ordered. However, I can't in good conscience give this location 5 stars from this visit because of the following: 1) when my son and I went up to ask for a knife, the person appeared to be irritated and put out by us being up there 2) I did not receive my full order despite being told it would be brought to me when the new batch was done and despite us patiently waiting for quite a long time. Despite a couple issues, I know that I will come back here with my son again to give it another chance.”

“Decided to give this place a try after their remodel. Not sure why but I think it was because of the convenience of their location and my strong urge to have some fried chicken. Something must've changed with the remodel because this time, the meal exceeded my expectations. Everything had a pleasant taste that we did have a desire to eventually return back for some more. We did, and order was still as yummy. I hope whatever they are doing continues. I will be glad to support a local business if the service and meals are right.”

“This place is so adorable! They provide board games/ Card games for customers. The place is always so clean! You get 10% off if you check in on Facebook. They have a pretty good variety of flavors and toppings! Try the avocado flavor and you’ll fall in love. One worker in particular I’m not sure if he’s the owner but he’s very friendly and always smiling! That always makes the experience better. I seriously recommend families to come and bring their little ones here to relax and play games while eating yogurt. Or anyone who loves yogurt! The red velvet, cheesecake, salted caramel & avocado are absolutely to die for. I’m glad I randomly stopped by one day with my coworker, we will be coming back on the regular now.”

“Best Chipotle I've been to by far. I live closer to the one in Mesquite but I will go out of my way to go to this location because the lines aren't ridiculously long and the employees aren't rude. Instead, the employees move incredibly fast, are incredibly courteous and to top it off the location is clean.”

“Tried this place for the first time today(01/08/19) and I must say... The Chipotle Avocado Burrito was OUTSTANDING!!! The chicken was cooked and seasoned just right. The tortilla chips were fresh and crispy. The restaurant was clean and well kept. Oh...and for the price I paid, it was well worth the money.”

“I've heard about the lines at Chick-fil-As but I got to see it for the first time when I went to get food there. It wrapped around onto the road and took quite a quite a while to get through it. However, there was someone outside that took our orders so that was good. The food is great and the service is awesome! I can see that the place is mainly served by high school kids so for me, this says a lot about their training. I've been to other places that employees a large number of HS kids and the service is not a good as these guys. Furthermore the inside is fairly kept up for being that busy and the restrooms were clean as well. There is a children's play area and also an outside sitting area. I like this place a I REALLY like their sauces, with the Polynesian Sauce being my favorite.”

“Tried this place for the first time. Food was great. Had the NYC which came with a salad. Bread was not the best I ever had but pretty darn good. Dinner salad was a pretty good size to be included. Main course was very flavorful with just a little spiciness to it. And deserts were pretty good as well. Only bad thing I have to say is that the seating gets tight when they are busy. All in all, I will be back sometime.”

“I’ll start off by saying that I have been enjoying DD coffee daily for over 15 years. I wanted to give it some time before reviewing this location in Rowlett Texas as I know the DD establishment is newer in the south and as in any business it does take some time to work out the quirks. Anyway, I have a mixed review. I have been frequenting this location for approximately 5 months now, I visit approximately the same time each day. Over this period of time I’ve had both great and unpleasant experiences. In this short amount of time the staff has changed frequently aside from maybe 1 employee that I have seen since my very first visit. It’s almost like they rotate them out or something. The one employee whom has been there throughout this period of time is excellent!! She makes my coffee perfect which for any person who looks forward to starting the day off right-with DD coffee knows how important that is!! I’ve never experienced a rude employee at this location, but I have experienced a highly annoying employee on more than one occasion. I’ve had to say my order, then repeat my order-not once but twice-as I repeat my order it was then repeated back to me incorrectly, which then I corrected it again and still received my coffee made wrong. I can understand maybe having to repeat it once, but to repeat it twice and it still be read back to me incorrectly makes me want to just drive away. Anyways, About the coffee-I have no major complaints. I have 2 concerns. One is the hot coffee is NEVER hot. It is luke warm and two, There is a new employee as of recent who does not put enough ice in the iced coffee so within 5 minutes there is no ice left in your cold beverage. I order the same 3 items every day-7 out of 10 times they will be made correctly.”
