“For starters it’s a cute drivethru shop. It’s easy to order and you get your coffee in less than 3 minutes. Staff is friendly with huge smile on their face. I got my mother a “Turtle Latte” and she loved it. It is not too sweet and it taste like a turtle cheesecake in your mouth... I got black coffee and it wasn’t my favorite but still drinkable. Overall I will recommend coming back if you need a latte to go.”

“Went during the grand reopening 7/13/19. I got a pick 2 combo with smoked turkey and guacamole sandwich and an orchard salad. My husband also got a pick 2 with the brisket mac & cheese and a beef bacon smokecheesey sandwich. The sandwiches were quite good, and the mac & cheese very cheesy. My favorite was the orchard salad, which I got with raspberry vinaigrette; it was quite delicious and the flavors all paired well together! Will definitely eat here again, and I love the rebranding to show the Austin/Texas pride!”

The staff is so accommodating--the manager even paid for my newspaper out of her own wallet when I discovered I had no quarters for the machine. Have always loved the one up on Forest. “The corn dogs aka mini dogs taste great.The food here taste good all the pretzels all the things that come in cups,they taste remarkable.The only complaint I have is that the lemonade doesn’t taste as good as you think it would.I really like that they have a soda dispenser for people who don’t like the lemonade they have.Overall this place is great and the lady who attended us the other day was very friendly she even started a conversation with my mom.In my experience of going there I haven’t experienced a rude cashier,in fact they have all been quite friendly.Good Job Auntie Anne’s.????”

“It was okay. I kept it simple and ordered a bagel and cream cheese. The food and the coffee were good. The food came out quickly. My only complaint was the staff person who was restocking the condiments. She unnecessarily spread out over four tables. She had plenty of room to put everything on just two tables. I sat at a table with medium sized box containing packets of salt as there was no other place to sit. The lady restocking either didn't notice I was there or simply did not care to remove the box from my table. I was in the back room farthest from the ordering area. She started a very loud conversation with someone on the other side of the store. I felt sorry for the guy sitting at a table across from mine who was trying to participate in a conference call. She ruined the experience.”

Plus, the service is quick and the food is always hot and freshly made. I make a point to go to this restaurant when traveling through Dallas because it's one of the few restaurants in the area that offers authentic Japanese food. I've been to Japan several times and love Japanese cafe and izakaya food. Many of the dishes at this restaurant are the same you will find over 6,000 miles away in the many excellent restaurants across Tokyo. That they offer vegan and vegetarian options is the cherry on top.”
