“I come to this location almost every morning, and sometimes twice a day. GREAT quality coffee, but the coffee bar needs more variety, and more attention in the mornings as it is often very messy, even in the middle of the day. Food and drinks are well stocked majority of the time, never been in line for more than 2 minutes. I can say that some of the employees can be inconciderate (especially one female in particular who is usually behind the sandwich counter in the mornings, is very loud and sometimes inappropriate to customers and employees) Overall, it's a pretty decent and convenient one-stop-shop, although some customer service and housekeeping training should be in place.”

“They defiantly redefined what a kolache is. No comparison to the local donut store. Much larger and top of the line ingredients. Lots of different options for meat loves and vegetarians. They just provided breakfast for around 500 people in 2 of our offices. They delivered to both offices. The food was hot when it arrived. Randy stayed at the larger office and help setup the food and watched to make sure everyone was happy.”

The buns could be better, they always seem a little too tough and patty isn't very juicy. The beer and the kids play area is what, I think makes up for what they lack. “I’ll start off by saying that I have been enjoying DD coffee daily for over 15 years. I wanted to give it some time before reviewing this location in Rowlett Texas as I know the DD establishment is newer in the south and as in any business it does take some time to work out the quirks. Anyway, I have a mixed review. I have been frequenting this location for approximately 5 months now, I visit approximately the same time each day. Over this period of time I’ve had both great and unpleasant experiences. In this short amount of time the staff has changed frequently aside from maybe 1 employee that I have seen since my very first visit. It’s almost like they rotate them out or something. The one employee whom has been there throughout this period of time is excellent!! She makes my coffee perfect which for any person who looks forward to starting the day off right-with DD coffee knows how important that is!! I’ve never experienced a rude employee at this location, but I have experienced a highly annoying employee on more than one occasion. I’ve had to say my order, then repeat my order-not once but twice-as I repeat my order it was then repeated back to me incorrectly, which then I corrected it again and still received my coffee made wrong. I can understand maybe having to repeat it once, but to repeat it twice and it still be read back to me incorrectly makes me want to just drive away. Anyways, About the coffee-I have no major complaints. I have 2 concerns. One is the hot coffee is NEVER hot. It is luke warm and two, There is a new employee as of recent who does not put enough ice in the iced coffee so within 5 minutes there is no ice left in your cold beverage. I order the same 3 items every day-7 out of 10 times they will be made correctly.”
