They close kind of early and even though I understand since it’s located around office buildings, I feel they should at least close at the same time of most of the Starbucks. Anyways, very good location in a very busy are of Dallas, near Richardson. I love the fact that it’s always busy but the staff is very fast and quick to release orders. It’s nice to see people working there for years. Literally some of the same workers. That means a lot and I feel it’s because it’s a good working environment and I guess good management.”

“I cannot express how much I love this location. From the staff, to the orders always being correct and tasty, to the cleanliness. I stopped here every morning before work and the staff always welcomes you with a warm hello and smile. The location is ALWAYS clean and kept up and it's clear they care about the image of the store and the customer service. Once quarantine started and everything adjusted, I kept going through the drive-thru each morning to support this location. Even with the stress of the changes, the people here stayed cheerful and welcomed me with a warm hello that I think we could all use right about now. Falcon, the store manager and Jasmine (I believe is her name!) have completely won my heart over! They ask how I am, have a quick chat and send me on my way with delicious coffee. Their customer service is hands down the BEST I have ever experienced and I will always continue to support this location.”
