“Such a cute little coffee shop with lots more than just coffee and nice places to eat or relax with your cup of coffee. I got a Carmel muffin which had a lot of pecans and dark chocolate mocha - both were great! Owner was super friendly! Definitely will be back!”

“Family owned place with the mom taking care of the mullah and pop taking care of the comida (food). Went in the morning of Sunday (between 8 and 9) for the breakfast buffet, which is one of the few places in Pleasant Grove to service that. The buffet bar wasn't too impressive, although the few choices offered such as the cheese enchiladas, the menudo, the scrambled eggs and guisado were delicious. My plus one had a homemade omelet after ordering a cup of coffee (the coffee being the first sign, according to him, of the good quality of food being prepared.) The coffee was good, "not scorched", the omelet that followed a little afterwards was even better. Quaint, quiet, convenient with an at-home feeling that made me nostalgic, remembering the food I ate as a kid. This is my new little spot.”

“I had a work function in the building and didn’t know Murphy’s even existed when I got there. We were fortunate they were. My colleague and I got great breakfasts. We got coffee for the whole team (they let us use one of their dispensers rather than the boxes because it would keep it warmer). When it came time for lunch we ordered a bunch of boxed lunches from them and the order came out perfect and right on time. Well priced, friendly, and super convenient.”

“As a former coffee shop manager I can confidently say these guys and gals are killing it. Their espresso is dialed. The shots are always perfect. Not only that, but every employee is knowledge when you want to ask questions and learn more about coffee. They roast their own, and do a great job. Their pour overs are super flavorful.”

“If you're looking for the quintessential hole-in-the-wall with home cooking, this is your place. Good variety on the menu. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast served any time. Not sure the rustic touches inside are intentional, but the place was one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been in. I got the veggie omelette that comes with hashbrowns and choice of bread. I also got a slice of chocolate pie to go - all very good and all for under $15. Definitely looking forward to going back to try other items.”

“I tell anyone who will listen that Manhattan Project beer is the best. Period! Every time I come here it's even better than the last! Their beer and food selection keeps steadily expanding and it ALL delicious 😋 the arepas especially are well thought out and balanced in ingredients and proportions!! Highly recommend giving them a try! Now they even have a cheese platter with figs and an awesome jelly I couldn't figure out but loved!! I think a nice mead would be awesome to see from the brewery 😀 perhaps for the winter? Maybe a crazy idea but throwing it out there anyway 🙏🏽 *update The new Nuclear winter brew is phenomenal!!! “Wasn’t exactly sure what this place was. I thought it was to-go stuff + the full menu + some extra things that aren’t normally in regular restaurants, but it is not! It’s just a food truck / convenience store type of La madeleine that has about half of their usual menu items. It was really cute, great atmosphere and service! But the parking was hard to find and the food isn’t as good as it is when it’s freshly made at a regular La Madeleine.”

“Look, I love Starbucks just as much as the next person BUT my complaint is that they are WAY too proud of their coffee meaning they charge way more than they should and the main reason I even ever go is for the Pumpkin Spice during the Christmas season. Once that’s gone, so am I. I had to try the Peppermint Mocha and am pretty disappointed. I mean, it’s NOT gross (unless you just don’t like choc pep flavor) but it’s not any where near as good as the PS. So until they offer that year round or drop their prices, I remain at 3 stars. $12 for two large coffees is INSANE!!!!! I can get even more coffee, for WAY cheaper ($3 for 2 32oz mugs) and almost just as good at Racetrac or QT with all the stuff they offer. Just sayin.”
