Hoochies

The food has always been good. If you want fried and steamed seafood in a seaside rustic atmosphere, Hoochies is great. You'll order at the counter and it will be brought out. Service is prompt. The neighborhood has improved a lot in the past few years. There are many bars and restaurants near by so parking can be a challenge on Saturday evenings.

Good food. Cold beer. Loved sitting outside to eat. Very cold a/c inside, loved that! All around wonderful visit.

My daughter had the fried Catfish and it wad delicious! I had oysters and was very happy. I also had the boiled shrimp, the flavor was great but the shells were very hard to peal.

Husband and I are visiting the area came to have dinner for 1st time. Food was very good and the people, as soon as we arrived smiles from everyone felt very welcoming. The choices are so many the staff was very helpful to guide what to order. My husband had the boil shrimp dish, he loved it. I had the frayed catfish very good. We will return.

I love this place! The atmosphere is fantastic, the food is to die for! I've been here twice, and I've had the shrimp boil both spicy and regular. Either way is fantastic! Great price, quality food. I highly recommend this place! I had the Fish of the Day, Haddock, and it was wonderful! All the fried food was wonderful as well. Great atmosphere! Fun for couples, families or singles.
