The only place to get a real Cubano in town.
The Swine Tacos were delicious and fresh!
We stumbled on the most amazing spot in Denton on arrival. We had lunch at the @swineandgarden food truck and a beer flight from @armadilloaleworks. We ordered some cubanos. I asked for the pickles on the side since I tend to dislike the overpowering taste of them. Y’all those were the most DELICIOUS pickles I’ve ever tried. The cubano has an excellent balance of tender pulled pork, ham and cheese gooeyness. From our beer flight, the Hibiscus Zinger stood out. It’s rich hibiscus base remained intact while pulling hints of ginger and lemon. Lunch was topped off with a karaoke competition in which the owner/operator of Swine and Garden food truck (who took our order and prepped our food) dropped an Andrea Bocelli master piece. 10/10
Edit: They're parked right out behind Armadillo Ale.
I ate her last week and a pork sandwich that was amazing. Tonight I had the small sliders after he tempted me with the tacos that were the special tonight. Go check this place out if you have time.
Literally the happiest my mouth has ever been. Also the owner is super nice and personable!
