Empress of China

Wonderful place. Always consistently good and fresh. We used to go here when we lived in the area, but now we travel 45 mi one way when we want a special treat! Just wish it were closer.

One of our favorite Chinese food restaurants. Portions and food quality are great. Tends to be a little pricier than some of the other places in the area but I feel like the quality is definitely higher to justify the price.

Lunch was good... Shrimp with lobster sauce, canton curry with chicken and shrimp. Crab Rangoon was delish, too. However, and I'm not atheist or anything, the Christian music playing in the restaurant made for a strange atmosphere. It made me feel as though we were gonna drink some poison Kool aid and ascend to the mother ship. Please consider playing different music!

I came in to see Daniel Yo and was not disappointed one bit! Food was amazing. We order the sesame chicken and it was the largest portion of chicken I've ever seen from a Chinese restaurant.

Great food and service to match. My family has been going to Empress for years and like many others had noticed a sharp decline in quality in the recent past. We tried it again for the first time in nearly a year and were blown away at the improvement. Everything was fresh, hot and huge portions. We all agreed that it is better now than it ever was before. Glad to see the turnaround and will definitely be back.
