    Had a team event here. Been to many a teppenyaki style restaurant, and this place is nice and clean and the cook was awesome with his presentation, skills and humor. It's in the suburbs of DFW, but worth the drive for sure!

    Surprised how good it was. Had steak, Chicken, and shrimp with fried rice and steamed veggies from the hibachi and enjoyed it all. Will definitely go back.

    I was looking for a hibachi grill open on Sunday to have lunch with family before a movie. We didn’t have a reservation but we were seated quickly and it wasn’t long before the remainder of the positions at the grill were filled and we could begin. We had a couple of sushi rolls as appetizers, a caterpillar roll and a California roll — both were very good. Everyone in my party had steak cooked medium rare, scallops, and fried rice. We all enjoyed the food and entertaining presentation. It was worth the drive and was a great experience.

    Good choices of sushi, good service, relaxing environment, and good location. This was my first time coming here and I enjoyed it and will come back again. Shout out to Devon as he took good care of me and my date. Job well done!

    We have struggled to find a hibachi restaurant near us since moving from Plano. Asahi is amazing. Great food with tons of flavor and friendly staff. We will be going back for sure.
