The Yard Milkshake Bar of Dallas

The Yard milkshake bar was so much fun.
We went on a Monday evening no crowd just lots of families laughing and enjoying their sweet treat.
I had the Birthday cake Sundae in a jar.
The staff was super fun and shared fun details.
Lots of ice cream flavors and options.
I will definitely be returning!!!
Highly recommend.

The service is excellent, The workers are informed and pretty easy going, and will answer any questions as the Yards menu is overwhelming.

The shakes are pricey @ 16 bucks a shake, but they do give you the glass to keep, and a lot of work goes on behind the scenes. So i think the price is justified, though i can see how some people think its over priced.

This is a date place, the shakes are way to much for a single person (though your mileage may vary on that one!), and the shakes look stellar.
we got the mermaid, and it looks amazing. Its a very instagramable shake. Beyond that, the shake was a bit of a let down. Its extremely sweet, and that was it. The mermaid tail was either fondant or really cheap chocolate.

That being said, we will go back again to try out some different shakes. The peanut butter one looked good, as did the mint one.

We absolutely LOVED our visit to The Yard. We've been looking forward to it for quite some time and we were not disappointed. We did have a little wait but that was expected. Everyone was so nice and informative. They spoke to us while we waited in line to help us understand the process. There is even a secret menu online to give even more options. We ended up with the coffee and donut one and loved every bit of it.

Fantastic milkshakes, don't let the price scare ya, well worth it. Did PB Brownie one and glad three of us were up to the task. Don't think I would want to tackle one solo but every kid sure will gladly accept the challenge. Staff very friendly and were slinging shakes quick. Will be back!
