“Was it’s when we arrived but got our menus and drinks fast. There are many options and look forward to going back to try more. On this visit had the carne guisada taco which was okay, the tortillas were yummy. Also has the potato flautas. These are so under rated and so delicious. Also split a plate of fajitas which was a good mix of peppers n onions with chicken and beef. Also had the tequila sunrise which was just right with amount of tequila. The staff was great and attentive.”

“The staff is friendly we like ordering our pizzas from here they also always have clean restrooms and the fuel here is the cheapest in Yorktown The farmers and ranchers can find deisel here for there tractors here as well if you need deer corn you can always get it here and at every Texan store locations they have a walk in beer cooler here it's a great little store.”

The place has a great variety of goods, clean restrooms, coffee, fresh made to order foods, dining area & a Friendly staff. “Friendly people own this place. One of them has done all the work to the building himself to get it ready. The inside is really nice looking. Their lunch menu is different from their dinner menu and both can change. They will happily accept any ideas from customers so it really seems like these people are here more for the joy of cooking than anything. Odd hours but worth trying to stop by. “I’m an 80’s baby and my parents always brought me here as a kid, and I still love to stop by when I can to get me my hamburger with mayo, all the way 👍🏼 I wish KN was in Austin too, I sure do miss it, but when I go down to see family, I get my hamburger fix 😋 please don’t EVER close! This place is a part of my childhood!!! I even remember when there were little 25 cent toy machines by the side wall near the side glass window/door.”

“4 stars for being in Cuero, choices outside of fast food are quite scarce. I have visited 2x, had the double steak burger both times. The taste is not memorable, it could use some additional seasoning to make it pop. Quality of the meat appears to be good, but flavor is a definite undertone and not a belly-dancer kind of showstopper. The presentation is well done, it preps the taste buds for nirvana and leaves you in the lobby. The card, though is quite sexy.”
