“The best wings I’ve had in a while!! The wings were fresh and juicy, fries were hot and good! Upon arrival, the place looked clean and it was at a nice temperature for these hot days in Texas. The staff was great and friendly. Yelling al the way from the back to welcome guest as they entered. I could tell they enjoyed working there. My only complaint was the blue cheese was not filled all the way to the top, but I’m in the food industry I understand that food cost goals have to be met. I will defiantly be back!!”

“Being from South Texas, I'm pretty spoiled when it comes to Mexican food. The food at Rosa's is pretty consistent no matter which restaurant and the traditional flavor profiles are there too. The pictures I took were for purpose. The eggs are seasoned and cooked well. The tamales were more masa dominant but still very tasty. The tortillas aren't homemades but definitely are much better than any store bought. In all, a dependably reliable savory Mexican meal. My coffee was fresh and stout, a great cup to start the day along with a delicious breakfast.”

“I got here on a busy Saturday evening. First time here and I had high hopes for this place because of the good reviews & the food looks so good. The service was amazing! I’ll give you guys that, and the chicken phó was good too. But I really wish you guys had regular dumplings on the menu. Either pan fried, steamed, or the round ones… especially the ones in the red hot sauce. But not deep fried. I just wasn’t impressed with those at all. And the egg rolls were also disappointing. Those are two of my favorite things to order with my meal so that makes it really hard for me to want to give this place another try. I think if you guys had more options for dumplings and could improve on the egg rolls then this place would be five stars. Thank you for the outstanding service though, and the good phó. I can tell you guys try very hard to do a good job. I just think those two appetizers are holding you guys back.”

“Coming back to Odessa you realize how hard it is to find a GOOD place to eat. Twin Peaks is always on my list. I wanted something a bit lighter and our server Aubrey recommended the salmon. It was fantastic! The restaurant is clean and the beer is cold. We went during lunch, but will definitely be back Thursday for happy hour before the game (which we will end up staying to watch).”

“Let me begin with "WOW!" Its not too often that I truly enjoy mexican restaurants. Today I had the Birria Taco plate with rice and got to taste the menudo. Both tasted exactly as my momma or myself would cook. The rice was good as well. Our waitress Mrs. Rosa and her assistant were spectacular! “This taco villa is my favorite place for combination burrito. There are other ones in town, but these guys actually fix them combination burritos like the best.!! Every time I get them burrito s I order 4 two for the wife and two for me. Clean place, very nice and comfy to sit in and eat. Order trough drive up and it's fast and there's always a nice 👍 Pearson at window. Be careful when you reach out to grab the bag, cause 4 burrito s actually are pretty much filled with half meat and half beans. Like a real burrito. I'm 57 and when I reached out to grab it I was thinking it's not mine. I only ordered burrito s 😆 lol. It was ,and I smile every time. Good work guys good manager. Recommend any time.”

“Update Sept 2022: everytime we have dined in it has been a great experience. Gluten free options are available. The sandwiches are always made to perfection and are hot and fresh. The staff is hit and miss but other than that it's always a great experience. Ordered online through their website, with the delivery service option. Big mistake. Literally took like 2 hours for our sandwiches to get to the house and we live a few blocks away from it. So next time we will order and pick it up ourselves. As for the sandwiches every tasty but they do take it a little over with the mayo. Other than that we will probably order from them again but will pick it up in person or maybe eat there as well.”
