Chick-fil-A

So this was my first time at this location, and I must admit the busiest Chick-fil-A I have ever seen. Drive thru was at least 25+ cars deep with both lanes full. I quickly chose to dine in. Due to high customer volume, parking was very limited too. The team was very attentive and polite, though. Seating inside was as limited as parking outside. I had no choice but to eat on their outside patio, which was very peaceful. I'm just in aww, how much volume they had. Staff had my meal out in a timely manner under high volume circumstances. C-f,-a never disappoints.

The food was good and the service fast. However, I stood more than 5 minutes in the cashier area to get a refill, since they didn't ask if we needed anything like they do in other locations. The workers seemed bored and absent. Service is subpar compared to other locations I've visited.

October 2023 Update: Took my family to eat here again and ordered our food with the mobile app since it was much faster and convenient. Like what, 10 minutes passed and our food was served by a nice young gentleman (I didn’t get his name, but was wearing a black shirt with a light green vest on - this was at 11 AM) who brought our food to our table. It was great service! Another young lady (who I believe her name was Michelle - she was wearing a black skirt) came every few minutes while eating to see if we needed to throw something away, if we needed any refreshments, or anything else. Super sweet and awesome service as well. As we were almost done eating, a friend of my brother was there and had a good conversation as well. This shows how good the employees at this restaurant are. ☺️ Thanks again for the outstanding service your staff provides.

July 2023: At last! This Chick-Fil-A is the one I have been looking forward to go, and I went today with my family! 👏 Honestly the staff were friendly with attending my family. The young lady that got my order was nice to attend me (I forgot her name tho 😅), and well although it was somewhat a big order, she still managed to input everything in ☺️ Once it was time to deliver our food, two other young ladies (fun fact, both were by the name of Itzel, or at least that’s what I saw lol) were nice to take our food to the table. I must say however, that they missed some of the food I ordered which was the Regular Chicken Sandwich, and my large waffle fries 😅 but no problem since I understand it was somewhat a big order, so things like that may happen 😅 but the front staff where nice in getting my food. Besides, I understand as well that it’s a new restaurant, and it’s a fast food place, so mistakes can happen. Other than that, this is a great place to eat, and now that Chick-Fil-A is in Horizon, I am looking forward to go again another day to eat! ☺️👏

P.S.: Yes they also said "My Pleasure" after I said "Thank you" to the workers. Just wanted to put that out there lol 😂😆
