(February 28, 2024, 1:04 am)Shout out to David Lopez and the entire team at the Eastlake Panda Express. We ordered for pickup. Once we got home, we were missing 5 out of the 6 chicken egg rolls. I called to complain and request a refund because we were starving and didn't want to deal with Eastlake traffic. Rather than issue me a refund, they offered to bring us the missing items!!!! I was blown away by this as most other restaurants just take your name and tell you to return another day for a do-over. Thank you again David. This tired, hungry and working mama appreciates you!
