A great barbecue place. Right across the street from waxahatchee courthouse. The courthouse itself is a reason to visit. The restaurant is a walk up and order sit down and I'll bring it to you kind of place. But what they bring you is amazing. I had chopped brisket is in my wife. Side dishes included coleslaw potato salad macaroni and cheese and for dessert peach cobbler which was off the charts. More like peach cobbler bread pudding than anything else. The barbecue sauce was not too sweet the brisket was not too fatty the taste of everything was way too good. it was really hard to finish the portions that we were served. Definitely I go back. I'm

Fantastic BBQ! Recently I had a big family gathering, and had the Vault deliver the food. EVERYONE loved the BBQ! The meats were tender (we ordered brisket, chopped brisket, pulled pork, pork ribs and chicken.). My husband commented about how good the chicken was—the fact it was tender and moist when delivered, and tender and moist the second day. We had all the sides—mustard potato salad, coleslaw, beans, Mac & cheese, and green beans. Although all the sides were good, the homemade potato salad was outstanding and the mac & cheese disappeared first.
When delivered, the hot foods were hot, and the cold foods were cold. They also included a loaf of bread, pickles and onions. Very prompt and delivered with a smile!
We also tried the smoked salsa—loved it!
Will definitely be back for more BBQ! And I will highly recommend their foods for any kind of gathering!

Fantastic BBQ! I’m a Texas Barbecue Snob - and this place is among the best! I love Kreuz, Coopers, Old 300... and this place is definitely in that league! Great service and prices as well! Love this place.

This was a place that my friends picked out as a put stop for lunch. The sides were decent and the meats were okay. I had the ribs and chicken. There was a great smokey flavor but the chicken was a bit dry. The ribs were decent too since it had a great smokey flavor. I had the Cole slaw and green beans. They were good but it didn't stand out. I really enjoyed their sauce. It had a nice tanginess to it. I also had a bit of their peach cobbler. It was good but wasn't anything that stood out to me. They did offer good portions for their pricing. The service was super quick and friendly. The bathroom was in the back and you had to go through their kitchen. I hadn't tried any BBQ places in the area but for the other places I've been to or had in Texas it was just average to me.

I know the owners. What a awesome family. Don't let that fool you. I used to work with the guy. I said you're gonna leave this and make bbq for a living? Good luck. He's doing so good, because they sell great food. I've had most of what they serve, the best I've ever had. All homemade from an awesome loving family. Did I mention they are a strong Christian family. Well that shouldn't matter, because good food is good food, right? Just let that be said because of their morals and food quality. Best BBQ y'all have within, I don't even know, 500 miles. BEST BBQ EVER!! Big Fish!
