Cool place second time visiting although was very hot inside. Ordered Couple of appetizers came out hot and fresh.DJ ALEX is awesome.friendly staff Met big Al's, that was awesome. Very cool place karaoke is awesome there did I mention!!

I’ve enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of this establishment and think highly of Al, Shawn, and the service staff at this place but unfortunately have zero respect for the trailer trash manager they currently have running the place. She has absolutely no tact or people skills whatsoever. It’s a fun environment though and a great mix of people frequent Big Al’s so I highly recommend it. I’m sad to say however that I won’t be returning with any of my friends until there’s a change in management. I feel Big Al’s needs to seek out a manager who’s more educated and has the people skills worthy of representing this fine establishment with the class and dignity it deserves. That’s the only reason I didn’t grant that 5th star on my review.

Absolutely loved Big Al's Down The Hatch on our visit this time. 1st the Service was awesome, the food has improved 200%, I loved the brunch menu, it was not over complicated it was perfect. Hubby and I enjoyed the Bloody Mary Bar and they also have Mimosas and Sangria for their brunch. I know Big Al is really taking a vested interest in this location as we and family members see him here all the time. Our daughter said they do an awesome job on Karaoke Night also. We will definitely be returning back.
