The Vegan Sushi Spot (inside Kroger)

Chris is a great guy. I get the pho almost everyday. Love the scallops too

10 stars. Great vegan sushi choices, delicious and beautifully presented. Chris is very helpful and friendly. He made a couple of his rolls for me fresh with rice paper instead of the Nori seaweed (my wife prefers no seaweed!). Hard to find good vegetarian or vegan sushi. This is definitely a fantastic find and I’d highly recommend trying it. He does catering as well.

They make the best sushi I have ever had! the Guacamango roll is life changing. I recommend that and the Tropical roll. Chris is amazing and so helpful and will often make us new things to try, he never disappoints. LOVE THIS PLACE.

Just tried The Vegan Sushi Spot and we have to say from the moment we walked up, the chef, Chris was so extremely polite. He even took the time to make us a vegan sushi dish to try.
....and OMG! I thought sushi would never be the same for us again until we tried his dish. It was mouth watering amazing!!!

I went vegan for a couple of months and could not find a decent sushi spot with array of vegan options. Until of course hearing about the vegan sushi spot. The quality, presentation, and taste had me second guessing if it was possible to have such amazing tasting sushi without actual fish products. To my Surprise the owner Chris was very helpful and takes pride in preparing these one of a kind plant based sushi rolls. It's not just a regular sushi spot it's something special. I hope In the future there's more vegan restaurants with such quality that this establishment offers. I would highly recommend this spot to all types of sushi lovers. I promise you won't be disappointed and it will be worth the drive.
