“Edit Jan 27, 2024 I went today and asked for a simple order. 1 dozen glazed and 1 chocolate iced donate with WALNUTS topping. She double checked and said yes. Went to get food. I seen she grabbed a donut but I wasn't sure if there were walnuts on it so I asked her again, "are there WALNUTS on the chocolate iced donut?" She looked confused. I said again. "WALNUTS?? WALNUTS on top of the chocolate donut????" Then she said Oh yes. I get home and it's a plain chocolate iced donut. Rant over. Thanks. Lol Edit. 10/29/23 Went just now and asked if there were any Halloween themed but they said no then turned around and said they could make some for me real quick, which was perfect! “My family was out riding bicycles and we decided to stop by for a cool drink. We had to use the drive through with our bicycles because of Covid 19, but that was just fine. Our order taker was such a delight...she was a new hire, but very knowledgeable and pleasant. Three of us ordered medium drinks, and...they...were...huge! This was my first time at a Smoothie King, and I was extremely satisfied. We will definitely go back, either by bicycle or car. Please stay open and keep up the good work!”

Only issue was that I asked for the hash browns to be extra crispy (reminded a few times before order delivered). “The employees are all very friendly when I either dine in or go through drive thru. It’s usually clean and when big crowds come in and make a mess they are pretty quick to clean it up. I did have an issue with items missing from my order and when I went back the manager gave me a refund and the items I was missing. I was pretty impressed with that. The food is always hot and tasty. The shells are crispy and fresh. I also love that I can still buy cinnamon twists which are my favorite.”

Witnessed one person sneeze wash his hands then blow his nose and get back to makeing dough (still no gloves), good for me he didn't touch my pizza. But besides all of those negatives the lady who took my order was nice, made the pizza herself and I was in and out in a timely manner. (Again no gloves, but what do I know)”
