“My food today was good! I order a shake thinking I would be paying $3.99 but instead it was $5.99 I was not asked if I wanted the small or large of course I was given the most expensive one. I'm very disappointed in customer service today the waitress never came back to check on me at all. I had to tell a waiter I was ready to pay and needed a to go container. The strawberry shake is good but didn't plan to pay $5.99 for a shake. (SMH) I recommend that that you all improve your customer care. I spend my money here and expect great customer service.”

“The service was exceptional! We we're led to our seats and given menus. Our Spanish host explained different things on the menu. Hot chips and salsa (delicious) both kinds, I ordered "Brenda's Burrito", it was more than ample and had spices that I appreciated. We left with a order of chips and their special guacamole. All in all a very enjoyable experience.”

The only issue with this location is that there customer service needs a small amount of work (although most taco bells are like this). “After about a 30 min wait not unexpected on a Friday evening, it ended up being worth it. The restaurant was clearly packed but did not feel overcrowded. Angel's attentive but not over bearing service was much appreciated. The food quality was excellent and the amounts generous. The AC was cold enough in our section that our 5 yr old proclaimed she was 'feeling cold' but other than that we felt that it was family friendly in spite of the crowd. I would definitely recommend this El Tiempo to a friend.”

When you receive your burger you can choose whatever toppings you'd like in the toppings bar behind you. Black young girl wouldn't even come and ask my brother and I If we wanted anything or if we were okay because I believe she completely had forgotten about us. We had to get up and actually go get our check/tab. Honestly I wasn't going to come back but I decided to give it another try with my wife. 3/20/19 I gave it another try. They sat us down and Pedro came to help us. He was so nice and very informative. He made us feel really welcomed. He was very attentive to our needs. Because of him I change my opinion of this place. “When I arrived, the restaurant only had one couple there but it was only 4:00 pm. Still, it took them a while to notice me and take my order. But once they did, their bilingual staff was friendly and very helpful. Though their sauce was a favorite to my personal taste buds, the meat was above average. We made our selection of salad and toppings and noticed everything was fully stocked and look fresh. Lady on the register was very friendly weird smiling.
