“Me and my friend this place on Jan 27th 2021. I find this place a rare spot for authentic Indo Pakistani cuisines, Credible people and food we can trust. I was never a fan of chicken Kabab as I always have goat but the chicken Kabab here is one of a kind. “Delicious hot grilled,properly spiced and cooked food” I must add that they have very good customer care as we were greeted at the door and asked for honest opinions. “My son invited me for brunch. I normally don't write reviews, however, this place stands out. The ambience, with its rich woods, subtle, indirect lighting, and cleanliness are hints of a cute and great modern eatery. Add to that an attentive and friendly service. My son had a quality steak cooked to perfection and I had the chicken and waffles ?. I also enjoyed the "flight of the mimosas" and what a tasteful treat it was! Definitely going back!!”

The cheese steak it self was very good & tasty w/ the bell peppers & onions. I did think it was pricey 4 a regular sized sub ( 7 inches ). I paid $ 8.75 + tx . Would go there again ? Probably not”

The complex has been sold and is under new management. The staff is definately not on the ball like they use to be. I found out today there was a murder in the complex according to click 2 Houston last month. I most certainly will not be renewing my lease. 05/04/2017 I came home to my refrigerator not working again. This is the 3rd time that I have lost food due to faulty appliances. The last time I requested that they fix the refrigerator it took them three times to come out and fix it. I begged them the last time to accommodate me with a new refrigerator since in total I have had over 7 maintenance requests regarding the refrigerator. After loosing all of my food this last time I requested that they replace the refrigerator and accommodate me by providing me with some sort of concession to help with the cost of the food that I lost. They replaced my refrigerator with one that would be appropriate for a efficiency apartment ( I have a 2 bedroom unit). The refrigerator did not have an icemaker but after complaining they agreed to order me one. The complex refused to accommodate me with assistance with replacing the food. I pay close to $1400 for this "luxury apartment" with cheap appliances and cracks in the wall due to foundation issues. I have added a picture of what the 0refridgerator looks like in a $1400 apartment. 05/05/18 Today I went in to the office to pick up a package and one on the staff members talked to me about my issues and advised me that she talked to the CEO and they were able to indeed provide me with a concession. I will update my review by two stars.”

“The service was quick. The only issue I had was that they weren't serving milkshakes when I visited, even though they would still be open for 2 more hours. And when I visited, they were giving milkshakes for 50% off. Why have it advertised when you're not even serving milkshakes at that time? I was just frustrated, especially when I had came from a Burger King that was near the location and they weren't serving milkshakes either.”

“I am a huge fan of Gringo's and this is the fourth location around the Houston metropolitan area that I have tried. The quality of the food at this location is as good as any. The service provided by my waiter was equally good. As usual, I ordered the fried shrimp enchiladas which were out of this world. But during this visit, I decided to order an appetizer and got the guacamole dip. This was the first time it was served with pork rinds rather than the standard tortilla chips. I was really surprised when it arrived, but after trying a couple I realized it was an ingenious idea. Oddly, they go together like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. This location is just as noisy as the others, so plan on nearly yelling to carry on a conversation on busy weekend nights. Also, parking at this location is a little odd and can be tricky during busy hours.”
