Becks Prime

My granddaughter and I have been eating at this Becks every week for nearly 10 years. We know the staff and they know us. The food and service are always excellent - so why just 3 stars? Becks offers a great Made Fresh Salad menu which we typically order from. But tonight we learned that Becks Corporate made a decision to stop serving crackers! How does a restaurant feature chili and a wonderful salad menu and not serve crackers? I'm not a fan of their Parmesan bread chips (which you can order for an additional charge.) So now I don't know what I'll have with my salads and chili! Just seems odd. "Becks Corporate, come on and let us have some crackers again with our salads and chili!"

I put this review up 3 weeks ago with 3-stars. I'm changing it today to 5-stars because Beck's Corporate followed up with me promptly and changed their policy to provide crackers again on request. We've been back 3 times (weekly) since then and have enjoyed the great salads with crackers! You've got to love companies that listen to their customers! It's 5-stars now!

Great spot with kids. Can run around (a bit) and have a great time. Definitely recommend to others.

Probably the best burger I've had in a while. Even better is that you can sit outside and enjoy pleasant weather. The guy who took my order made killer recommendations on burgers and I was not disappointed. Well worth the extra spent compared to fast food burgers.

Me and my boy, (I'm Dad). Great burger for me, Bob's burger, and when I asked my boy if he wanted a hamburger or hot dog, the man taking our order very carefully ( and tactfully) warned me that Becks' hot dogs are served on a hamburger bun. I was very thankful for this, as my youngest is picky..I mean 4. My boy actually ate the whole thing. Great service, great people, great food!

Amazing place I love it every time we come. I just wish they'd enforce the no smoking signs they have posted everywhere. On our last visit we wanted to enjoy the fresh air and sweet temperatures but some body said let me do that too. I thought it would be okay but then I was stuck breathing someone's smoke I had to ask my wife to get up and move mid meal. That aside from my walk in to the restaurant till we left staff was great food was better and the time we enjoyed there was only slightly less than always.
